We use the following technologies to collect information
- “Cookies” - We use cookies on our website. A cookie is a small text file that a website may place on your device to store information. Cookies give the server information about a user's identity, website visiting patterns and preferences. We may use persistent cookies (which remain on your computer even after you close your browser) to store information that may speed up your use of our website for any of your future visits to our website. We may also use session cookies (which no longer remain after you end your browsing session) to help manage the display and presentation of information on our website. You may refuse to use cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. However, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of our website.
- “Facebook tracking pixels” - we collect identifiable information through the use of Facebook tracking pixels. A tracking pixel is a small transparent graphic image that is placed on a web page. The pixel allows us to collect information regarding the use of the web page that contains the tracking pixel. If you have used Facebook on the same device, we share the tracking pixel data with Facebook and they use the information collected from the page to optimise the advertising you see when using Facebook. If you are a registered user of Facebook and you do not wish Facebook to track your use of pages on our website in this way, you can opt out by changing your advertisement settings.
- “Tags” – we use tags to improve the efficiency and usability of our website by measuring traffic and visitor behaviour. Using tags allows us to (i) measure traffic and visitor behaviour; (ii) understand the impact of online advertising and social channels; (iii) use remarketing and audience targeting; (iv) test and improve our site; (v) personalise advertising; and (vi) produce analytics reports. You can opt out of tags by disabling cookies, JavaScript, or using Googles opt-out service.

We may transfer or disclose personal information to external service providers so they may perform services for us on our behalf. Where possible we will take reasonable steps to ensure they handle all personal information in accordance with this Policy, the APPs and the Privacy Act regarding the handling of any personal information

Automatic decision-making
If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision-making (which includes profiling), when that decision-making has a legal effect on you or otherwise significantly affects you.
We DO NOT engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.
Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.
Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:
- Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
- Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.
Cookies
A cookie is a small amount of information that’s downloaded to your computer or device when you visit our Site. We use a number of different cookies, including functional, performance, advertising, and social media or content cookies. Cookies make your browsing experience better by allowing the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login and region selection). This means you don’t have to re-enter this information each time you return to the site or browse from one page to another. Cookies also provide information on how people use the website, for instance whether it’s their first time visiting or if they are a frequent visitor.
The length of time that a cookie remains on your computer or mobile device depends on whether it is a “persistent” or “session” cookie. Session cookies last until you stop browsing and persistent cookies last until they expire or are deleted. Most of the cookies we use are persistent and will expire between 30 minutes and two years from the date they are downloaded to your device.
You can control and manage cookies in various ways. Please keep in mind that removing or blocking cookies can negatively impact your user experience and parts of our website may no longer be fully accessible.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can choose whether or not to accept cookies through your browser controls, often found in your browser’s “Tools” or “Preferences” menu. For more information on how to modify your browser settings or how to block, manage or filter cookies can be found in your browser’s help file or through such sites as www.allaboutcookies.org.
Additionally, please note that blocking cookies may not completely prevent how we share information with third parties such as our advertising partners. To exercise your rights or opt-out of certain uses of your information by these parties, please follow the instructions in the “Behavioural Advertising” section above.
Do Not Track
Please note that because there is no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about the way in which we have handled any privacy issue, including your request for access or correction of your personal information, you should contact us. Our contact details are set out below.
We will consider your complaint and determine whether it requires further investigation. We will notify you of the outcome of this investigation and any subsequent internal investigation.
If you remain unsatisfied with the way in which we have handled a privacy issue, you may approach an independent advisor or contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (www.oaic.gov.au) for guidance on alternative courses of action which may be available.
